I. Ticket purchase instructions

• Step 1: On the event list, choose 1 day to purchase a ticket (5 days combo or a single-day ticket), then click “Buy ticket” to add to cart. You can choose to buy tickets of multiple events at the same time.
• Step 2: Go to your cart, fill in the correct information: full name, phone number, email, invoice information (if any).
• Step 3: Double check the information before purchasing the tickets.
• Step 4: Purchase tickets and follow the instructions to pay.

Note: You need to fill in your correct email address to ensure that you receive the ticket code and participation link from us

II. Ticket regulations

• For purchased tickets, Batdongsan.com.vn will not support ticket refund, ticket cancellation as well as exchage to cash or to other products and services. We will only support to exchange from single-day tickets to package tickets at least 5 days before the event and please pay the difference at the time of conversion.
• After purchasing tickets, you will receive the tickets through the registered email. Each event will have seperate link and ticket code, please ensure that you visit the correct link and use the corresponding code.
• Please note that each ticket code will only be used for 1 person on 1 device, so please do not share your ticket code with a third party. We are not responsible in case that you share or lose your ticket confidential information.

III. Instructions and regulations of invoice issuing

• To get the invoice, please tick the box to get the invoice and fill in the correct information as required in the ticket purchase section.
• We are not responsible in case you do not choose to get an invoice in the ticket purchase section or your invoice information is incorrect.
• We will issue an electronic invoice to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time the system successfully records the payment and sends it to your registered email.
• Contents written on the invoice: Advertising service fee on website Batdongsan.com.vn.
