Mr. Can Van Luc

Mr. Can Van Luc is currently a Chief Economist of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Director of BIDV Training school. Dr.Luc is also a member of the Strategy & Organization Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the BIDV’s Asset and Liability Management Council. Dr. Can Van Luc is also a member of the National Monetary and Financial Policy Advisory Council and a member of the National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (VNCPEC).
