Ms. Nguyen Phuong Mai

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Mai has over 25 years of experience, of which over 20 years in management and leadership roles and nearly 10 years in HR field. As the Managing Director of Navigos Search, Ms. Mai is leading the biggest team of recruitment consultants in Vietnam – over 170 consultants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Before joining Navigos Search, Ms.Mai is well – known in the market as Country Manager of ACCA Vietnam, Business Development Director of Deloitte Vietnam and General Director of eSilicon Vietnam.
